Terms of Use

Effective date: May 4, 2026

These Terms of Use describe the early public Memorias website and pilot access process. By using the public website or submitting a request, you agree to use the public pages responsibly and understand that Memorias is still in development.

1. Early access and pilot status

Memorias is currently in an early pilot stage. Access may be limited, selected, manual, and subject to change.

2. No automatic account or access

Submitting a request does not create an account, guarantee an invitation, or automatically open a private family space.

3. Use of public pages

The public website is for learning about Memorias, viewing sample experiences, and requesting pilot consideration. Public pages should not be used to submit private family records or sensitive materials.

4. Private family spaces

Private family areas, when available, are intended for invitation-limited use. Access rules, features, and availability may differ from the public sample experience.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the public website, submit unlawful or harmful content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit information that you do not have permission to share.

6. Product changes

Memorias is being refined. Screens, features, examples, content, access methods, and availability may change during the pilot and before broader release.

7. No professional advice

Memorias is a family memory product. Public materials are informational and are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The public website and pilot materials are provided as an early experience. To the extent allowed by law, Boinayel is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the public sample experience.

9. Contact
