Memoriasby Boinayel

Pilot Program

Pilot Program Policy

Effective date: May 4, 2026

This Pilot Program Policy explains how early Memorias access is handled while the product is still being developed and refined with selected families.

1. Purpose of the pilot

The pilot helps Boinayel test and improve Memorias with selected families before broader availability.

2. Selected and manual access

Pilot access is selected and manually reviewed. A request does not guarantee approval, create an account, or open a private family space automatically.

3. Product still in development

Memorias is still in development. Features, design, examples, workflows, and availability may change during the pilot.

4. Public forms stay limited

Public forms should be used only for basic request and contact information. Do not submit private family records, sensitive documents, or detailed personal stories through public forms.

5. Feedback and follow-up

If a request moves forward, Boinayel may contact the requester manually to learn more, coordinate next steps, or request product feedback.

6. Ending or changing access

Pilot access may be changed, paused, or ended as needed while Memorias is being developed.

7. Contact

Questions about the pilot can be directed to Boinayel through the contact page.
